    Asian Pacific Mathematics Olympiad

    The APMO contest consists of one four-hour paper consisting of five questions of varying difficulty and each having a maximum score of 7 points. Contestants should not have formally enrolled at a university (or equivalent post-secondary institution) and they must be younger than 20 years of age on the 1st July of the year of the contest.

    The 46th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad

    The 46th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad was held since 23 till 30 April 2012 in the capital of Kazakhstan in Astana. On the Olympiad participated 111 contestants (93 boys and 18 girls) from 18 countries: CIS, Baltic States and Europe. By the decision of the International Jury the Gold medals awarded - 11 winners, Silver medals - 22 medalist and Bronze medals - 34 contestants.more
